Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between American Artisans a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and site visitors (Users).

Service Description. Company provides a free directory website listing exclusive artisanal products and services.

Priority Requests. Users are invited to submit a Priority Request form to expedite inquires.

Transactions. All transactions and purchases are made directly with the listed Artisans without any involvement of Company. Pricing is set by the Artisans and will not be marked up or vary when Priority Requests are submitted.

Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for all use of provided services including Priority Requests, for any errors or omissions and for any transactions directly with the listed Artisans.

Intellectual Property. Company has exclusive rights and sole ownership of all website content.

Privacy. Submitted information is used only to process Priority Requests and is not provided to any third-parties.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.

Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.

Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees.
