Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between Tier 1 Directory a division of Sales Team 1, LLC. (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and Site Visitors (Users).

Service Description. Company provides a free directory website listing exclusive artisanal products and services.

Priority Requests. Users are invited to submit a Priority Request form to expedite inquires.

Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for all use of provided services including Priority Requests, for any errors or omissions and for any transactions directly results with listed companies.

Intellectual Property. Company has exclusive rights and sole ownership of all website content.

Privacy. We do not collect or distribute user information.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.

Subject to Change. Terms may be changed but will not apply retroactively.

Disputes. Resolution will be by mediation (unless mutually waived) and then binding arbitration both using impartial services selected by Company, accepted by both parties and with the party initiating any action paying all fees.
